1. Massage: Apply Dento-Care directly on the affected gum area using clean fingertips. Gently massage for 1-2 minutes, 2-3 times daily, or as directed by your doctor.
2. Dilution for Brushing or Gargling:
- Mix one teaspoon of Dento-Care into 20 ml of water.
- Use this solution to brush gently or gargle, depending on your preference or your doctor’s instructions.
